Steven and Helen Anderson

Steven Anderson was minister of Castlemilk Baptist Church in Glasgow from 1987 to 1999. After this he and his wife Helen established Prayer For The City (Glasgow) a ministry which sought to encourage united, believing, sustained prayer for city wide transformation.
In May 2003 New Wine Press published Steven’s first book ‘Breakthrough Prayer’.
Steven and Helen have been involved in healing ministry since 1985. They ran Healing Services over a number of years witnessing healings and salvation.
They have pioneered Healing Rooms in Scotland since 2004, directly overseeing the Glasgow rooms and giving direction to the rooms operating throughout the nation, conducting regular training courses across the country.
Steven’s second book, Releasing Healing, was published in May 2009.

Seminar description

In this seminar will share a vision and a biblical practice for healing, along with an outline of how to run a Healing Room or other local healing ministry, especially focussed on reaching those outside the church. The session will include teaching, testimony, modelling of healing ministry, Q & A, and impartation for anointing

Healing Rooms Scotland

The aim of this ministry is to heal the sick and set free the oppressed as a demonstration of the good news of the Kingdom of God. This is in line with Jesus own ministry and his commands (Matthew 4:23-24; Luke 4:18-19; 9:1-2).

We also aim to train believers in ministering to the sick and oppressed, and to encourage churches to develop this ministry among their congregations and in their areas. In this way miracles, signs and wonders might spread throughout the land as a testimony to Jesus.

Our vision is to see Healing Rooms established throughout Scotland in every city and major town, on the islands and in rural areas, making them accessible to the whole population of our nation.
